Antonia Vásquez, a Seventh grader at our school, offers us an inspiring story that reflects her dedication and passion for figure skating. Recently, Antonia achieved a significant accomplishment by winning first place in the departmental competition in Sibaté, demonstrating her exceptional ability in this sport.
Her connection with figure skating dates back to her early years, when she discovered her love for gliding on wheels in kindergarten. However, it was about a year ago when she decided to focus completely on this discipline, dedicating time and effort every day to perfect her skills.
For Antonia, skating is not just a sport, but a way to free herself and feel a deep connection to the freedom she experiences on the track.
The school’s support has been instrumental in her journey to success. Through extracurricular activities, such as skating, the school has provided Antonia with the opportunity to explore her interests and develop her talents.
