Celebración de la Primera Comunión

Jesús les dijo: “Yo soy el pan de vida; el que a mí viene, nunca tendrá hambre; y el que en mí cree, no tendrá sed jamás”. San Juan 6,35.

La Primera Comunión es un acto de fe en la vida de todos los que creemos en Jesucristo; este acto conlleva una serie de compromisos futuros para quien recibe el Cuerpo de Cristo. El principal es continuar participando con regularidad en la misa dominical. Además, el Sacramento de la Eucaristía permite a nuestros niños hacerse uno con Dios y con la Iglesia, con el más grande compromiso de poner en práctica todo lo que vivimos en la Eucaristía.

El 4 de mayo, nuestros estudiantes de grado tercero que se prepararon durante un año realizaron su Primera Comunión con gran entusiasmo, fe y alegría. Esta celebración fue presidida por el capellán del colegio, padre Luis Norberto Guzmán.

First Communion Celebration

Jesus said to them: “I am the bread of life; he who comes to me will never hunger; and he who believes in me will never thirst.” Saint John 6:35.

First Communion is an act of faith in the lives of all who believe in Jesus Christ. This act entails a series of future commitments for the one who receives the Body of Christ. Chief among these is to continue attending Sunday Mass regularly. Furthermore, the Sacrament of the Eucharist allows our children to become one with God and the Church, with the greatest commitment to putting into practice all that we live through in the Eucharist.

On May 4, our fourth grade students who had been preparing for a year received their First Communion with great enthusiasm, faith, and joy. The celebration was led by the school chaplain, Father Luis Norberto Guzmán.
