One of the most heartwarming moments of the year, without a doubt, was the graduation of our 2020-2021 class on June 11, 2020. Despite the current situation the world is going through, we managed to perform the ceremony under all biosafety protocols (keeping social distancing, always wearing a mask and taking the temperature of each guest before entering the campus). We know the importance of this type of meeting between students, and for us it was a priority, to provide a special event, organizing every last detail so that families and graduates had an incredible experience that will never to be forgotten.
Out of the 54 high school graduates, 24 are women and 30 are men. Each of them has demonstrated their commitment to the school curriculum and our Institutional Educational Project and for this reason they received their Academic Bachelor Diploma on June 11. 100% of our 2020-2021 class have confirmed their interest in continuing to learn and study. 50% of our high school graduates will study a career related to Humanities, 48% a career related to Exact Sciences and 2% will be self-taught. In a few years, we will have 11 engineers, 9 business administrators, 5 doctors, 5 designers, 5 musicians, 4 lawyers, 3 architects, 2 economists, 1 computer scientist, 1 communications specialist, 1 international relations specialist, 1 philosopher, 1 chef, 1 anthropologist , 1 linguist, 1 mathematician, 1 psychologist and 1 entrepreneur.
Thanks to our 2020-2021 class, for facing and living your last school year in a different way; thank you for responding with resilience to the challenges imposed by this situation, going through them with courage and always seeing the good side of each circumstance, for the attitude of perseverance and always being willing to keep working towards achieving your goals. We wish you all success in your life projects, giving the best of yourselves and carrying the name of Colegio Rochester high. Congrats class of 2020-2021!

Resumen: Uno de los momentos más emotivos del año, sin duda, fue la graduación de nuestra promoción 2020-2021 el pasado 11 de junio de 2020. A pesar de la coyuntura que atraviesa el mundo, logramos realizar la ceremonia bajo todos los protocolos de bioseguridad (guardando el distanciamiento social, siempre el tapabocas y tomando la temperatura antes del ingreso al campus). La importancia de este tipo de encuentros entre los estudiantes, para nosotros fue una prioridad, hacer un evento especial, organizando hasta el ultimo detalle con el fin de que las familias y graduandos tuvieran una experiencia increíble y de nunca olvidar.
De los 54 bachilleres, 24 son mujeres y 30 son hombres. Cada uno de ellos ha demostrado su compromiso con el currículo escolar y el Proyecto Educativo Institucional y por ello recibieron el pasado 11 de junio el Diploma de Bachiller Académico. El 100% de nuestra promoción 2020-2021 ha confirmado su interés de continuar aprendiendo y capacitándose. El 50% de nuestros bachilleres estudiará una carrera relacionada con las Humanidades, el 48% una carrera relacionada con las Ciencias Exactas y el 2% será autodidacta. Tendremos en unos años, 11 ingenieros, 9 administradores de empresas, 5 doctores, 5 diseñadores, 5 músicos, 4 abogados, 3 arquitectas, 2 economistas, 1 científico informático, 1 comunicador, 1 relacionista internacional, 1 filósofa, 1 chef, 1 antropóloga, 1 lingüista, 1 matemático, 1 psicóloga y 1 emprendedor.
Gracias a nuestra promoción 2020-2021, por afrontar y vivir de una manera diferente su ultimo grado, gracias por responder con resiliencia a los retos impuestos por esta coyuntura, atravesarlos con valentía y siempre viéndole el lado bueno a cada circunstancia, por la actitud de perseverancia y el estar dispuestos siempre a seguir trabajando para conseguir sus objetivos. A todos les deseamos éxitos en su proyecto de vida, dando lo mejor de ustedes mismos y llevando en alto el nombre del Colegio Rochester.
