One of the most heartwarming moments of the year, without a doubt, was the graduation of our 2020-2021 class on June 11, 2020. Despite the current situation the world is going through, we managed to perform the ceremony under all biosafety protocols (keeping social distancing, always wearing a mask and taking the temperature of each guest before entering the campus). We know the importance of this type of meeting between students, and for us it was a priority, to provide a special event, organizing every last detail so that families and graduates had an incredible experience that will never to be forgotten.
Out of the 54 high school graduates, 24 are women and 30 are men. Each of them has demonstrated their commitment to the school curriculum and our Institutional Educational Project and for this reason they received their Academic Bachelor Diploma on June 11. 100% of our 2020-2021 class have confirmed their interest in continuing to learn and study. 50% of our high school graduates will study a career related to Humanities, 48% a career related to Exact Sciences and 2% will be self-taught. In a few years, we will have 11 engineers, 9 business administrators, 5 doctors, 5 designers, 5 musicians, 4 lawyers, 3 architects, 2 economists, 1 computer scientist, 1 communications specialist, 1 international relations specialist, 1 philosopher, 1 chef, 1 anthropologist , 1 linguist, 1 mathematician, 1 psychologist and 1 entrepreneur.
Thanks to our 2020-2021 class, for facing and living your last school year in a different way; thank you for responding with resilience to the challenges imposed by this situation, going through them with courage and always seeing the good side of each circumstance, for the attitude of perseverance and always being willing to keep working towards achieving your goals. We wish you all success in your life projects, giving the best of yourselves and carrying the name of Colegio Rochester high. Congrats class of 2020-2021!
