In Middle School, the students will begin learning about Ancient Egypt this week. They will be exploring the geography and environment of the region and why people decided to settle in the region. Students will look at the many great achievements of Ancient Egypt and how they helped the people that lived there. Finally they will be exploring Egypt as it relates to global connectedness, how ideas spread around the world and how those ideas can benefit many different people. This will be related to the modern world and its interconnectedness.

En la escuela Media, los estudiantes comenzarán a aprender sobre el Antiguo Egipto esta semana. Explorarán la geografía y el entorno de la región y por qué las personas decidieron establecerse en ella. Los estudiantes analizarán los numerosos logros del Antiguo Egipto y cómo ayudaron a las personas que vivían allí. Finalmente, explorarán Egipto en relación con la interconexión global, cómo las ideas se difunden por todo el mundo y cómo esas ideas pueden beneficiar a muchas personas diferentes. Esto estará relacionado con el mundo moderno y su interconexión.
