It is an honor to share with you all an extraordinary piece of news that fills our educational community with pride. The United States Sustainable Building Council (USGBC) has awarded us TRUE ZERO WASTE Gold Certification. This prestigious recognition not only highlights our commitment to sustainability, but also positions us as the first and only school in the world to receive this certification, a distinction usually only obtained by large companies such as COLGATE.
This achievement is the result of the collaborative work of various areas of the school, including our dedicated students, whose contributions were essential to gather the necessary information and meet the rigorous requirements of the TRUE Program. The TRUE (Total Resource Use and Efficiency) Gold certification represents a significant change in the way we manage materials and resources, ensuring that all products are reused and diverted from landfills, incineration and the natural environment.
The TRUE Program, administered by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), complements other green rating systems such as LEED, and strives to transform the way materials flow through society. This innovative approach helps us reduce waste and promote resource efficiency, which is essential to building a more sustainable future.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all members of our educational community who made this achievement possible.From the teachers and administrative staff, to the students and their families, every effort has been instrumental in achieving this recognition.

Es un honor compartir con todos ustedes una noticia extraordinaria que llena de orgullo a nuestra comunidad educativa. El Consejo de Construcción Sostenible de los Estados Unidos (USGBC) nos ha otorgado la Certificación Oro del Programa TRUE ZERO WASTE. Este prestigioso reconocimiento no solo destaca nuestro compromiso con la sostenibilidad, sino que también nos posiciona como el primer y único colegio en todo el mundo en recibir esta certificación, una distinción que generalmente solo obtienen grandes compañías como COLGATE.
Este logro es fruto del trabajo colaborativo de diversas áreas del colegio, incluyendo a nuestros dedicados estudiantes, cuyos aportes fueron esenciales para recopilar la información necesaria y cumplir con los rigurosos requisitos del Programa TRUE.
