With great success, Rochester School participated in the 2021 National Simulation Day convened by the Disaster Risk Management – UNGRD.
The objective of this year’s National Drill was to apply and validate the planning, articulation, coordination and communication processes between public and private entities and the community, for an effective response to an emergency.
At School, we organized and implemented the drill by blocks and had the active participation of trained and certified brigade members. It was a successful process in managing time and in the correct evacuation of the members of the school, students, teachers and administrative staff, as well as visitors.

Resumen: Con gran éxito el Colegio Rochester participó en la Jornada de Simulacro Nacional 2021 convocada por la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres – UNGRD.
El objetivo del Simulacro Nacional de este año fue el de aplicar y validar los procesos de planeación, articulación, coordinación y comunicación entre las entidades públicas, privadas y la comunidad, para la respuesta efectiva frente a una emergencia.
Para la Jornada en el Colegio se trabajó por bloques y contó con la activa participación de brigadistas capacitados y certificados. La jornada fue exitosa en el manejo de tiempos y en la correcta evacuación de los integrantes del colegio, tanto alumnos, como profesores, personal administrativo y visitantes.
