Transport Protocol

Dear Parents:

We hereby inform you that next Friday, August 28th, we will be sending the welcome letter to your e-mail accounts, with all the information corresponding to the bus routes and schedules assigned.

Additionally, accounts for the application “Mi Ruta Tescotur” will be enabled this Friday, August 28th.

For security reasons and while the Pandemic situation is normalized, no bus route changes/new developments will be received during the month of September; as of October, only 2 notifications per student per week will be allowed.

We share with you all the following information:

1. Guidelines to Install the App “Mi Ruta Testocotur” for both Android and Iphone devices

2. Guidelines to report bus changes/new developments (novedades)

3. Transport Policies

4. Getting on/off the bus Protocols

Note: The face shield will be provided by the School, after which the use thereof will be mandatory to get on and off the school bus, both in the mornings and in the afternoons.

Apreciados Padres de Familia:

Les informamos que el próximo viernes, 28 de agosto de 2020, estaremos enviando la carta de bienvenida a sus cuentas de correo electrónico, con toda la información correspondiente a las rutas y horarios asignados.

Adicionalmente, a partir del próximo viernes, 28 de agosto de 2020, se estará realizando la activación de las cuentas para la aplicación “Mi Ruta Tescotur”.

Por temas de seguridad, y mientras se normaliza la situación con respecto a la Pandemia, no se recibirán novedades durante el mes de septiembre, y, a partir del mes de octubre, se permitirán solamente 2 novedades por alumno a la semana.

De igual manera compartimos la siguiente información:

1. Instructivo para Instalar el App “Mi Ruta Testocotur” tanto para dispositivos Android o iPhone

2. Instructivo para reportar novedades

3. Políticas de Transporte

4. Protocolos de abordaje/descenso de la ruta

La careta será suministrada por el Colegio y a partir de ese momento, su uso será obligatorio, tanto en la ruta de la mañana como en la de la tarde.
