In our unit called I LIKE ANIMALS, students used vocabulary related to animals and actions to participate in class conversations, for example, The zebra is running. The lion is drinking water. The giraffe is eating.
Through different activities, students explored some characteristics of the animals, their habitats, and the climate where they live. Likewise, a connection was made with other subjects such as Mathematics and the Integrated Project to strengthen the topics worked on in class.
In the shared classroom, the students have also enjoyed crafts and the use of different materials to learn about animals, satisfying their basic need for fun and implementing constructive habits such as listening.
As teachers, we feel successful to see that our students have achieved what was expected for this unit. Congratulations!

Resumen: En nuestra unidad llamada I LIKE ANIMALS, los estudiantes utilizaron el vocabulario relacionado con animales y acciones para participar en conversaciones de clase, por ejemplo: The zebra is running. The lion is drinking water. The giraffe is eating.
Por medio de diferentes actividades los estudiantes exploraron algunas características de los animales, sus hábitats y el clima en donde viven. Así mismo, hicieron conexiones con otras asignaturas tales como Matemáticas y el Proyecto Integrado para fortalecer los temas trabajados en clase.
En el aula compartida los estudiantes también han disfrutaron de manualidades y uso de distintos materiales para aprender sobre los animales, logrando satisfacer su necesidad básica de diversión e implementando hábitos constructivos como la escucha.
Como docentes, nos sentimos exitosas al ver que nuestros estudiantes han logrado lo esperado para esta unidad. ¡Felicitaciones!
